TERMS & CONDITIONS — JLJLWIN PLATFORM RULES

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the JLJLWIN website and any associated mobile applications, platforms, or services operated under the JLJLWIN brand. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the JLJLWIN platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

JLJLWIN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the JLJLWIN platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on JLJLWIN, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JLJLWIN strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or be a Philippine resident eligible to participate in online gaming under applicable law.

JLJLWIN reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) JLJLWIN account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. JLJLWIN employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.

When registering your JLJLWIN account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines (whether in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, or elsewhere), and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JLJLWIN account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. JLJLWIN will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify JLJLWIN support immediately. JLJLWIN may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds and account integrity.

JLJLWIN supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱5 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. JLJLWIN does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your JLJLWIN account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted. JLJLWIN reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 1 hour for verified accounts during business hours.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank bank transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals requested outside of standard processing hours may be queued for the next available processing window.

JLJLWIN reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

JLJLWIN offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are clearly stated on each individual promotion page.

General bonus terms that apply across all JLJLWIN promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• JLJLWIN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with JLJLWIN.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

JLJLWIN's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit JLJLWIN's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
